Jonathan is a General Physician and fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. His areas of interest include complex and chronic multi-system disease, perioperative medicine, and heart failure

Dr Jonathan is a General Physician with clinical interests in heart failure and perioperative management. He completed medical school at the University of Tasmania before moving to Melbourne for physician training. Jonathan then undertook physician training at Eastern Health and Monash Health, graduating in 2021.

Jonathan holds public positions within the Monash Health network at Monash Medical Centre and Dandenong Hospitals.

As a General Physician, Jonathan regularly manages heart failure in patients with multiple medical co-morbidities and the elderly. He is also adept at investigating symptoms without an identified cause. Jonathan has a keen interest in preventative cardiology and has published research regarding biomarkers for the early diagnosis of heart failure. Jonathan has done perioperative training through Monash University.

Jonathan is passionate about communicating effectively with his patients and general practitioners as this is crucial to achieve the best patient-centred outcomes.
