We welcome compliments, complaints and suggestions for improvement relating to your stay, post discharge patients will receive an NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey to complete. Completing this questionnaire enables us to continually evaluate and improve the service provided to our patients and visitors.
If you are concerned about your care we encourage you to speak with the Nurse Unit Manager on the Ward or the Director of Clinical Services. Our After Hours Managers are available out of hours. It is important that you notify our staff whilst an inpatient so we can respond immediately.
If you have attempted to resolve your concerns and you are still unsatisfied you may make a formal complaint in writing. Formal complaints can be mailed or emailed to:
