How to book

Once your pregnancy has been confirmed and you have received a referral from your GP to a Peninsula Private Hospital obstetrician and have booked in with them, you can book your delivery with us at Peninsula Private Hospital.

If you have not yet selected your obstetrician, click here for our comprehensive list of experienced obstetricians who deliver at Peninsula Private Hospital. You’ll need to have your referral with your chosen obstetrician before you book with us.

To deliver you baby at Peninsula Private Hospital, you need to make a maternity booking with us. You can book online here.

It is preferable that you have confirmed your booking with your obstetrician prior to completing the online booking form.

Once we have received and processed your booking, we will send you a letter confirming your booking and you’ll receive an email with a link to online childbirth education classes.

For any questions regarding tours, classes or maternity bookings, please call our Maternity Clerical Coordinator on (03) 9788 3468.

We advise you to contact your private health fund to confirm your level of cover and inform you of any excess or co-payment on your policy. You will also need to have family cover for your new baby.
